Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Stephen Kelly Law, Solicitors collects and uses your personal data, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Stephen Kelly Law, Solicitors is the data controller for the information you provide through this website. You can contact us at 120/121 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 FD45, by phone on 01 524 0502, or by email at stephen@stephenkellylaw.ie.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us, which may include your name, email address, phone number, location, the nature of your concern and any message you choose to send. We collect only what we need to respond to you.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the advice or service you ask for. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where you go on to instruct us, the performance of our engagement with you. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Analytics, and only if you agree
If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, which pages are visited, and whether people tap the phone number or email address. Until you accept, none of that runs: Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no identifier is created on your device. If you decline, it stays off. Sending an enquiry is handled the same way either way. Full detail is in the cookie policy.
Separately, we keep a plain running tally of how many times each page is viewed and how many people accept or decline optional cookies. It uses no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and creates no identifier: your visit becomes part of a number and no record of it is kept. It is never shared with Google or anyone else.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

To exercise any of these rights, or if you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at stephen@stephenkellylaw.ie.
